Possible problems with vista

I'm using a 15 day trial of what appears to be a very useful software.

Here's the scenario:

I'm trying to share a usb device on a computer running windows vista with a computer running windows xp.

Computer 1:
-Running windwows Vista
-using USB over Network: SERVER
-wants to share a usb device (iphone)

Computer 2:
-Running windows XP
-using USB over Network: CLIENT
-wants to use a usb device on the vista computer

I have the server and client applications running on the respective computers and the client says it's connected, port: 33000, avaliable connections: 1 of 1.  I see no indication of the connection on the server at all.  Also, I try to share the device on the server and it acts like i unplugged the usb device and reconnected it. then give me the oution to share it again.  The "Stop Sharing" option always remains disabled.  Is there any logs or way to turn on more information on whats happening? (like a debug window)

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
