Title: Virtual serial port splitter? Post by src on May 10th, 2005, 11:49am Would it be possible to create a virtual serial port that is connected to multiple virtual serial ports, so that data written to the one port would be received by all of the other ports? |

Title: Re: Virtual serial port splitter? Post by Andrew on May 11th, 2005, 5:57am Yes. It is possible. You need to use Virtual Serial Port Kit to create Virtual Pair (e.g. COM10 - COM11). Then you need to use Serial Port Splitter to split COM11 to several ports (e.g. COM20, COM21, e.t.c.) So, data written to COM10 will be received by COM20, COM21, e.t.c You can download both products from http://www.fabulatech.com |
