Support Request

Technical support is available during European Business Time via email, online forms, phone or live chat. We make every attempt to respond within several hours but a lot of our customers are pleased to find out that we are responding within a few minutes.

Before requesting customer support, please check out the Help for the program you are using. Also, we strongly recommend you to download the latest version of the software.

If you still have questions, comments or bug reports, please contact our support team

Please give the following info:

  • Product name
  • Product version (see the "About" dialog)
  • Order number (if you are a licensed user)
  • Windows version (including service packs and other installed fixes or patches), US or International
  • Your computer information: CPU type and speed, installed memory
  • Description of the problem (as much details as possible so we can duplicate the problem)
